I started hrt about 12 months after I had been living as a woman full time and since then have had some feminine facial surgery (nose, cheeks, lips and an adams apple shave). I have breast implants also. My hair is my own although not my natural colour. I am slim, a fraction under 5'11" tall and have grey/blue eyes. I am a non smoker.
